There will be a sign with your last name attached to umbrella/canopy
We will send a picture of the set up as well
Set up will be around 9-9:30 AM
Take Down will be no later than 7PM I ask that you please text about an hour before you are done 239-355-4605
*Regarding weather if set up is complete and it rains there are no refunds we try and watch the weather and will be in touch if it looks like it will be a rainy morning/afternoon the evening before we will contact you
